Paper Source Template for Place Cards

Paper Source printable place cards are heavy cover-weight tent cards, four per sheet, that fold to a generous 3-7/8" x 2-1/2". They come in pure white, soft white and kraft paper bag, and the larger size leaves room for a design and a long name.

How to print on Paper Source

Open the place card maker with the Paper Source layout selected, then choose a design.
Paste in your guest list or upload it from Excel, with table numbers if you have them.
Adjust fonts, colors and text position. Long names are shrunk to fit each card.
Download the PDF and print a test page on plain paper. Hold it up against a Paper Source sheet to check the alignment.
Print on the Paper Source sheets, separate the cards and fold along the scored line.

Printer settings

Print at actual size / 100% scale. Turn off "fit to page", "shrink to fit" or "scale to printable area", which shift the cards off the perforations.
Set the paper size to US Letter (8.5" x 11"), portrait orientation.
If your printer has a setting for heavy paper or card stock, use it. Some printers feed card stock more reliably from the rear or manual tray.

Is it free?

The place card maker is free to use, and some designs are free to download. Premium designs are a one-time $7.95 per set of cards to download without the watermark. There's no subscription.
